The DuPage County Area Project is a non-profit that serves Romeoville and aims to give tweens and teens opportunities to continue to be positive community citizens through program classes, athletic practices, and volunteer opportunities.
This role would facilitate scheduled program activities that fit with the volunteer skills set.

Description
DuCAP Fulfills its Mission through the Following Methods:
- Recruiting and organizing local residents to develop and become involved in the promotion of positive youth development activities;
- Networking with local agencies and organizations to reinforce community involvement;
- Providing positive role models and constructive activities in order to mold a safer and more productive community;
- Identifying community needs and concerns and organizing Community Committees to actively respond to them;
- Supporting the communities in their efforts to alleviate conditions which put youth at risk;
- Assisting Community Committees in identifying and utilizing available resources;
- Serving as an advocate on behalf of Community Committees.

- Background Check
- Must be at least 16
- Orientation or Training
- When a program is running that you're facilitating it could be about 3 hours a week at minimum, for set up, program, and clean up. Could very if you want to run multiple programs in one week. It's up to you and your talents/abilities.
- Ability to professionally work with kids ages 10-18 years. Requires some administrative duties with sign-in sheets.
