50/50 Leadership

50/50 Leadership is a non-profit organization dedicated to educate and empower underserved women so they can step up as leaders in their careers and their life. Our organization hosts regular roundtables, networking events and mentorship opportunities.

Our upcoming event aims to encourage women to cook their own meals (vs eating out) so they can lower their budget for food expenses. We do this by inviting Chef Rae who will be doing a live demo in Bracken's Kitchen. There will be on site attendees as well as individuals watching from livestream. The run through will be on 10/23 in which volunteers are required to attend, and the actual event will be on 12/11.

To execute this event we need your help! Available positions:

  • Greeter (Greeting attendees and guests on site)
  • Servers (pour water, wine, serve the donors when their plates are ready, etc)

If you are interested, please email for more details on the time and date of the event!

About 50/50 Leadership

PO Box 11202, Glendale, CA 91226, US

Mission Statement

50/50 Leadership is committed to Empowering, Educating, and Inspiring women from all walks of life to become Leaders in their careers and communities. ‚Äč Make a difference.

We are women and men from all walks of life who agree that leadership should reflect the gender of the population: women make up more than half of the U.S. population and should be equally included in boardrooms, elected offices, academia, and all public and private enterprises and endeavors.

We feel that every girl and woman should have the opportunity to realize their leadership potential. Whether they are a leader in their home, at work, school or in the community.
Since 2004 we have led leadership training programs; honored women who are making a difference around the world, and provide financial literacy programs to young women who have grown up in foster care, are homeless, have been incarcerated or who have escaped domestic violence or sex trafficking.
We provide programming to promote, inform, educate and inspire women to be leaders, and men to support them.
