50/50 Leadership is a non-profit organization dedicated to educate and empower underserved women so they can step up as leaders in their careers and their life.

We are excited to be hosting our upcoming Holiday Feast fundraiser. Chef Rae will be cooking live in Bracken's Kitchen , Garden Grove, CA. There will be on-site attendees as well as individuals watching from livestream .
To produce this event we need your help! Available positions - which are onsite in Garden Grove:

  • Greeter - Welcoming guests
  • Servers to pour water, wine, and the food when their plates are ready, etc
  • Dishwasher - to ensure the kitchen is left as clean as we found it
The event will be on December 11th at 2:00, although you will need to be there by 10:00 am. Please send an email to volunteers@5050leadership. org if you are interested or have any questions!

Description

Established in 2004, we provide financial literacy programs to young women who have grown up in foster care, been incarcerated, been unhoused, and/or survived gender-based violence. In the past, we led leadership training programs and honored women who are making a difference around the world.

We feel that every girl and woman should have the opportunity to realize their leadership potential. Whether they are a leader in their home, at work, school or in the community.

We are women and men from all walks of life who agree that leadership should reflect the gender of the population: women make up more than half of the U.S. population and should be equally included in boardrooms, elected offices, academia, and all public and private enterprises and endeavors.
