Do you have a heart for people? Do you especially enjoy the elderly? Are you looking for ways to reconnect in the community? If so, we have opportunities in various locations/areas for you to provide companionship for our patients. Just an hour or two per week makes such a big difference in someone's life. ProMedica / Heartland Hospice is a nationwide non-profit organization, with our Warrenton, VA office serving patients in the counties of Fauquier, Rappahannock, Culpeper, Stafford, Spotsylvania, Orange, Warren, and the City of Fredericksburg. We proudly provide hospice care wherever people call home: whether that's the house they've lived in for decades, an independent living community, an assisted living facility, a skilled nursing center, or anywhere else patients find the greatest comfort. Our caregivers help create individualized care plans, set personal goals, and manage pain and symptoms. Every patient is unique, with their own challenges, needs, family and friends, so the care we give each patient is unique as well.
