Do you want to make a difference in the lives of those who are dying, but don't want to meet with patients? Do you want to use your administrative skills to give back and help the community? Are you looking for a quality cause to support with your time or a way to boost your resume?

Help our hospice administrative staff support our patients with important office work. You can be a great support and help by handling paperwork, filing, answering calls, working with computers, handling faxes, and more. If you have a particular administrative skill, please let us know and we will try to make the best fit we can!

Volunteering should be easy! We will provide any necessary training and work with your schedule.

Description

Volunteers are valued members of the Bella Care Hospice team. You can make a difference in the lives our patients and their families while adding meaning to your own life.

Visit patients in skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities and inpatient hospice homes. Volunteers donate 4-12 hours a month visiting patients. Volunteers can do a variety of activities with patients such as reading, listening, hand holding, praying, painting their fingernails, doing crafts, singing, brushing their hair, pet therapy, massage therapy and more!
