The mission of Bella Care Hospice is to affirm and celebrate the significance of human life and recognize dying as a natural process. We carry out this mission by providing superior health, social, emotional and spiritual services to enhance the quality of life with peace and dignity for patients and support for families.

Description

Volunteers are valued members of the Bella Care Hospice team. You can make a difference in the lives our patients and their families while adding meaning to your own life.

Visit patients in skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities and inpatient hospice homes. Volunteers donate 4-12 hours a month visiting patients. Volunteers can do a variety of activities with patients such as reading, listening, hand holding, praying, painting their fingernails, doing crafts, singing, brushing their hair, pet therapy, massage therapy and more!

I haven't volunteered here before so i don't know how to rate the recommendations. Of this place to. My peers friends or family but i have high confidence that i will take it from a maybe to very likely because i have a history of a care for others so bella hospice seems like the place i need to try and put my skills to the test and see if hospice is were my Future is if not i will try something else
