COVID has impacted the ability of many Orange County residents to acquire food and housing. Pathways of Hope is a nonprofit organization that serves families and individuals throughout North Orange County. For 46 years Pathways of Hope has been providing food, shelter and support and prevention services to the hungry, homeless and marginalized through assistance of local congregations, volunteers, businesses and grants from foundations and government agencies.
Are you handy with tools and like to help with simple maintenace tasks?
Pathways of Hope is looking for a handyman to help our facilities team help maintain our homeless shelters in Fullerton and Anaheim
The volunteer would assist the facilities team with a variety of simple maintentance tasks, room inspections, moving furniture, and errands. Weekdays only and would prefer the same day each week for at least 3 hours. Volunteer needs to be 18 years or older, wear a face cvoering if not vaccinated for COVID-19, sign a waiver, initial a COVID-19 checklist, and wear closed toed shoes.
