Your duties and responsibilities:
Coaching and Mentoring of our IT Manager
- verify our current IT infrastructure and safety
- consult and advice about IT set up to improve the efficiency of our IT infrastructure
- support and coach our IT Manager in server management, networking and other IT related tasks
- provide technical support to our team and support troubleshooting IT problems together with our IT Manager
- a strong interest in volunteering for an NGO without compensation,
- completed vocational college education, apprenticeship or university degree in IT related field
- minimum 5 years of working experience in the field of IT including server management in a mid-sized
- company or organisation
- specific IT knowledge in Windows Server 2012 and 2016; Microsoft NET framework; Firewall, email and LAN management and SQL Server Management Studio
- great interpersonal skills and verbal and written communication skills,
- great analytical skills and attention to detail,
- an open mind, a positive attitude and the desire to support others,
- and intermediate English language skills.

Child’s Dream is a charitable, not-for-profit organisation dedicated to empowering marginalised children and youth in the Mekong Sub-region, which includes Myanmar, Laos, Cambodia and Thailand. We achieve this by working in partnership with communities to improve the educational and health situation for their children and youth.
Our highly motivated staff in Chiang Mai in Thailand, Siem Reap in Cambodia, and Yangon in Myanmar goes the extra mile to identify the most needy communities and beneficiaries.
