OUR MISSION

We transform our youth into confident entrepreneurs by taking their creative ideas into marketable projects. We do this by collaborating with organizations, industry professionals, and you!

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a YIAW Focus Group Member, your role is to help us become even better. That’s why we are looking for respectful and constructive feedback.

• Document your findings and suggestions
• Offer feedback in a group setting from our faculty meetings
• Attend 3 meetings

1. Meet and Greet. We discuss the pilot program and goals. Then, hear your feedback!
2. Follow Up. Discuss that feedback and address topics you think should be included in the pilot.
3. Meet with Professionals. Work with professional mentors and our board members.

REQUIREMENTS

• PASSION to create something to save the environment
• Interest or some knowledge in the sciences, technology, engineering/construction, arts, math, graphic design.
• Commitment to at least 2 feedback sessions

To show our appreciation of your time, upon completion, you will receive 2 volunteer hours.
