JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for general office support with a variety of activities and related tasks. Responsible for answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate associates, as well as additional clerical duties.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Greets and checks in vendors and visitors. Promptly notifies staff that their appointment has arrived;
- Provides callers with information such as office address, directions to the agency locations, office fax number, Agency's website, and other related information.
- Responds to diverse client population and ensures professional interaction with clients, deals with client concerns and issues.
- Assists with other related clerical duties as assigned
- Must possess excellent written, interpersonal, communication, organizational, and computer skills.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Must provide proof/copy of COVID vaccination
- Ability to operate multi-line switchboard;
- Outstanding customer service focus
- Must be flexible, able to work independently
