JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for general office support with a variety of activities and related tasks. Responsible for answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate associates, as well as additional clerical duties.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Knows and supports the mission and policies of Catholic Charities;
  • Opens and/or closes the switchboard daily;
  • Greets and checks in vendors and visitors. Promptly notifies professional staff that their appointment has arrived;
  • Provides callers with information such as office address, directions to the agency locations, office fax number, Agency's website, and other related information.
  • Responds to diverse client population and ensures professional interaction with clients, deals with client concerns and issues.
  • Monitors activity on the security cameras surrounding building;
  • Assists with other related clerical duties as assigned
  • Must possess excellent written, interpersonal, communication, organizational, and computer skills.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Complies with the Agency’s Compliance Program, Code of Ethics, laws, regulations, and ethical standards applicable to your job duties.
  • Adheres to all applicable federal and state laws and regulations including, but not limited to those governing confidentiality, privacy, program, billing and documentation standards. All duties must be performed in accordance with CCB's corporate compliance and ethics program.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to operate multi-line switchboard;
  • Outstanding customer service focus
  • Must be flexible, able to work independently
