Our equine therapy group offers adolescents support in the areas of regulation, social skill building, perspective taking, and building trusting relationships. You will be essential to supporting this process through your ability to lead well trained horses, attune to the horse’s needs, manage their behavior, and attend to safety needs of the horse and rider.

Ideally you will have experience working with horses in any capacity. We will work with you to ensure you feel comfortable safely leading the horses. This opportunity is for a weekly group, Mondays 11-12. (Volunteer time would be from 10:30-12:15 to support preparation and after care for the horses). Starting 9/27/21.
