Calling all ARIZONA residents!
Infinity Hospice Care serves patients who are facing a life-limiting illness. We provide caring management of symptoms and dignity at the end of life. The majority of our patients live at home. During the COVID crisis, they have become even more cut off from family and friends.
- Facing the end of life, along with being isolated by COVID restrictions, our patients need support and contact now more than ever
From calling lonely patients to making cards or crafts at home, you can help!
- Make your own schedule
- Give as little as 2 hours per month
- We provide complete training and support
