Vendor Chair Person

The Sonoma County Hot Air Balloon Classic has an open opportunity for an individual or small group to join our planning committee as the Vendor Chair person. We need a motivated, self-starter that likes to do research and loves organization. This person will work in conjuctiong with the Sonoma County Fairgrounds staff to secure food booths, beverage booths, merchandise vendors and small crafts for our upcoming hot air balloon festival.
This person will also be in charge of site layout on where booths will go, work to make sure everyone is licensed, insured and all property safety precautions are taken according to CA rules and regulations.
Must be available for monthly progress report meetings (currently being held virtually) and must be available for all days of the event and the day prior to allow vendors to arrive to set up and be ready.
Training can be provided for the right individual. Time requirements will vary other than previously stated above. Person does not need to reside in the area to be considered.
