Structure & Commitment

1 year commitment

Biweekly meetings and 2 hours per week executing tasks outside of meetings


  • Lead the outreach committee in human resource operations.
  • Outreach Committee responsibilities:
    • Recruits, manages and creates policies for internal stakeholders and volunteers
    • Develops and maintains relationships with external stakeholders including businesses and strategic partners
  • Manage the volunteer manager, recruiter, partnership coordinator and outreach generalist
  • Project mange to ensure timely execution of committee projects and tasks
  • Enhance the organization’s human resources by creating and executing high level strategies and plans regarding volunteer management, recruitment and other human resource related activities
  • Recommend human resource policies and procedures
  • Lead the committee in its responsibility to develop and maintain strategic partnerships and to obtain resources for the organization

Qualifications / Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree
