We are seeking a professional volunteer Photographer who can capture all aspect of our gala. We need quality photographs that reflect the sentiment of the event. We want to be able to incorporate in the future our branding and logos. We hope to use the photos in future marketing and promotions
The volunteer Photographer is also an essential part of our gala. He/She will invite to our seated dinner in a reserved table. The Evening includes a keynote speaker, award ceremony , scholarships, entertainment, and dancing. Alcoholic beverages will be available at the Cash Bar.
The volunteer Photographer will be in charge to take photos of the presentations, scholarships, and awardees. As well we hope the photographer can capture images of the attendees interacting in the gala, posed and in groups. We will need images of the live performances of the night.
The volunteer Photographer will receive a stipend of $125.00 for the help.
