Oversees all the social media & all design elements of the Pride St. Charles brand throughout the year for PSC. Duties/responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Responsible for primary advocacy-centered social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. This includes comment moderation and community management.
• Assist in production and writing for integrated digital campaigns on social networks.
• Develop and implement innovative strategies for digital supporter engagement on social media platforms.
• Develop social media campaign schedules for all platforms for upcoming events, announcements, etc.
• Develop engaging content to grow and motivate audiences on social media.
• Monitor online conversations and actively participate in them to build brand visibility.
• Creatively and proactively engage social media community members. Identify and engage influencers.
• Understand and analyze the news and ensure that Pride St. Charles is keeping up with rapidly shifting online discussions and traditional media, while constantly looking for opportunities for supporter engagement.
• Proactively communicate issues, observations, opportunities, and insights to the social media team.
• Independently manage priorities to meet all campaign and content deadlines.

The Creative Director will develop a line item budget for approval by the BOD. This budget will be maintained throughout the year by this Director.

The Creative Director, may develop/mentor a team from the Advisory Council to complete their yearly tasks.

The director shall sign an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) for the organization.
