We are a free medical clinic, located in El Cajon that cares for uninsured patients. Over 20% of our patients are diabetic and need to see a Diabetes Educator.
Our patients are never charged anything for our comprehensive medical services. For diabetic patients, we supply glucose meters, test strips, syringes and insulin if needed.
Our clinic has 11 volunteer medical providers, 4 our primary care physicians and the rest are specialty care providers.
We schedule our clinics when the medical provider is available. All patient visits are scheduled

We are a free medical clinic that provides no-cost healthcare to uninsured San Diego residents. Volunteers in Medicine (VIM), located in East County, has been making a positive difference in people's lives since 2006. Our free medical services would not be possible without the passion, talent and expertise of our dedicated volunteers who are comprised of practicing/retired physicians, registered nurses, and support staff.
