The Emergency Care Center Ambassador helps greet patients as they arrive to our ED, monitors lobby for cleanliness, rounds on patients waiting and assists with non-pharmaceutical requests like blankets, pillows, ice packs, etc.

Description
Olathe Health Ambassadors, what we like to call our volunteers, work in both clinical and non-clinical areas. Their talents are used at information desks, reception areas, patient registration, surgery family room, business offices, hospice care, and the Gift Shops - just to name a few. They also help with special projects such as Community Blood Drives and fundraising events.
At Olathe Health, our Ambassadors and staff work together to make each patient's stay as comfortable as possible.
