Position Summary

Perform routine to complex management of Salesforce technology, including data analytics, detection and correction of data-quality issues, process incoming data, report generation and data standardization and accuracy. This role will act as the division's Salesforce subject matter expert, trainer, trouble shooter and primary analyst.

Position Responsibilities

• Train and educate internal division departments, groups and teams on Salesforce functions and learning opportunities to meet overall division objectives and initiatives
• Analyze and recommend Salesforce policies, procedures, plans and programs related to Salesforce with focus on improving long term scalability and sustainable organizational value and efficiency for the system
• Collaborate with key internal partners including Technology and Business Solutions staff to meet Salesforce operational function and related technology needs
• Validate and process data import inquiries
• Ensure sufficient data quality is maintained so that the data can effectively support the business process and reporting accuracy
• Identify, investigate and manage the resolution and escalation of data quality issues which may include coordinating ongoing data quality audits
• Coordinate various data cleanup tasks which include ensuring that leads are assigned to the appropriate groups or staff, standardizing data and ensuring that necessary data fields are populated
• Map key communication linkages and critical interfaces between department stakeholders; define roles and responsibilities for team members across departments that improve collaboration, trust, efficiency and teamwork

• Degree or certification in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, related discipline or equivalent experience preferred
• Demonstrated experience in performing the essential duties with emphasis in the management and administration of data analytics, data management and data administration
• Experience in technology that will significantly improve current automated processes and systems
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to educate and train on complex processes
• Experience in CRM systems equivalent to Salesforce; Salesforce experience preferred
