The Carboncopies Foundation is currently growing and we are looking for additional team members to join the HR Section of our Operations department. The HR Section works on tasks related to recruiting and onboarding new team members as well as supporting Leads in managing their projects or departments. We need team members who want to help with recruiting additional people to our other projects and who want to help us support Leads with managing their projects. This includes tasks such as: writing role descriptions, running onboarding calls, developing routines and tools for Leads, etc.Qualifications
The following qualifications and/or experience aren’t required but would be helpful for you in taking on this role:
- Experience with non-profit activities, especially team management.
- Work experience in a (team) management position.
- Ability to work independently, plan personal workload effectively and delegate.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
- Fascination and active interest in neuroscience, biotechnology, artificial intelligence or other relevant emerging fields.
