Time's Up!, a thirty year old nonprofit environmental organization located in New York City, is looking for a grant writer.

Time's Up! organizes several environmental campaigns and coordinates hundreds of educational events each year; everything from honey bee workshops to community bike rides.

Fundraising meetings are held at the Time's Up! space, in Brooklyn and lower Manhattan.

We are seeking individuals who can help research and write grants.

TIME'S UP! educates people about the environmental impacts of everyday purchases. We focus on transportation issues in New York City and have been instrumental in involving cyclists and skaters in large, mobile actions.

Description

TIME'S UP! is a grassroots environmental group that has been working on environmental issues for 27 years. Educational outreach and direct action are the two most important aspects of TIME'S UP! We hold more than 100 free outdoor and indoor events each year. Our campaigns range from saving community gardens to promoting non-polluting transporation.
