At The Arc of San Diego, we support and empower people with disabilities to achieve their life goals.

The Arc of San Diego is the largest, most comprehensive provider of services for people with disabilities in San Diego County. Our organization was founded in 1951 by parents and other community members who were concerned about the lack of services available for people with disabilities and their families. The Arc provides services for persons with disabilities at more than 20 locations throughout the county. Through our programs we are able to offer support to people with disabilities in living independent and fulfilling lives.

Join our team at The Arc of San Diego by being the cheerful face that greets our guests, clients, and staff as they arrive to our Administrative facilities. The services we provide are essential to our clients and your assistance will help us stream line and orient our visitors and callers properly.
Front Desk Assistant responsibilities include

• Answer telephone and route calls to the appropriate party
• Maintain the operation of various office equipment including copy machine
• Performs filing, mailing and other clerical duties as assigned
• Check in visitors, staff, & clients
• other duties and projects as assigned

Assistance needed: 1-3 days on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 2 pm to 4:30 pm
