Deliver freshly-prepared, nutritious food made in our state of the art kitchen to people living with life-threatening illnesses in the Boulder area. Drivers deliver meals to 8-12 clients' homes, helping Project Angel Heart promote the health, dignity, and self-sufficiency of clients.
Deliveries are made on Friday mid-mornings (11am-1pm) Pick up location is at the Immaculate Conception Church at 715 Cabrini Drive, Lafayette CO 80026.
