In this role, you will be the manager of a volunteer IT team that supports NGA's IT needs through:

- Identifying and sourcing software solutions

- Training

- Software integration

- Troubleshooting

NGA is currently an entirely volunteer organisation. We use a variety of free software solutions to manage all the many processes in the organisation.

Admin,Basic IT skills - internet & email,Good IT Skills,Managing People,Negotiating,Organising & Planning,Reading & Writing,Research

You should be a good manager of people and quite familiar with the range of applications available, integration of applications, general IT issues, training, and troubleshooting
