VOLUNTEER JOB DESCRIPTION

Position: Community Engagement Volunteer/Intern

Supervisor: Chief Development Officer

Duties: Under the direction of the Chief Development Officer and within the limitations of agency policy, the incumbent shall execute the following duties:

· Perform administrative tasks (e.g., filing, copying); assist with establishing procedural and policy manuals

· Input data in the agency’s Electronic Health Record

· Direct client service through front desk coverage

· Assist with compiling data for grants/reports

· Assist with marketing and recruitment activities

· Attend outreach events as a representative for the organization

· Assist with Step Up event marketing, including but not limited to registration, photographer and media liaison, taking photos and video, and social media

· Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

· Must have good computer skills.

· Must be able to work well independently.

· Must work well with others.

· Must be reliable and consistent with assigned tasks.
