Libertas Home is looking to add at least 3 qualified individuals to our board. We are a faith based anti-trafficking organization located in Northern Virginia. Libertas Home will be the first safe home for girls who are trafficking survivors in Northern Virginia.

Some qualifications that we are looking for are as follows: -Trafficking survivor -Development director experience -Financial advisor -Fundraising experience -Business management experience -Trauma / abuse counselor -Marketing experience

(not all requirements need to be fulfilled in the same person)

Minimum requirements for each person are as follows: -Understanding that this is a new organization and we are a working board -Ability to attend virtual meetings (quarterly) -Willing to serve on/direct a committee (would also include virtual meetings) -Passionate about our mission -Supportive of our values, vision, and programs -Willing to make Libertas Home one of your top three philanthropic contributions yearly -Knowledge of sex trafficking in the US and willing to learn -Good leadership, strategic, visionary attitude -Connections in the DC/MD/VA area
