Volunteer/Intern Opportunity for Digital Marketing Coordinator at Non-Profit Organization:

The role of the Digital Marketing Coordinator is to manage all digital communications made by Wells of Life. It is important that our communication and promotions are consistent with our brand. Our digital image is the primary representation of Wells of Life, and as such, should represent our nonprofit in a professional way. This position will work closely with our Communications Team, who will provide the marketing strategy, calendar of promotions, and most of the content needed to build digital campaigns.

Social Media Management

• Keep all social media accounts current including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Pinterest
• Schedule all posts 30 days in advance and manage social calendar
• Manage social engagement by responding to all social media messages and direct outreach
• Coordinate with our sponsors and corporate partners as needed for collaborations and digital networking
• Manage post boosting
• Report monthly on social following and tracking data

Digital Distribution

• Create content and manage all digital distribution including emails, text messages, etc.
• Schedule emails and text messages 7-10 days in advance of distribution
• Manage all email replies and distribute to team members as needed
• Report weekly on open rates, and funds raised through digital distribution

Ambassador Program

• Recruit new social media influencers to represent our brand and fundraise
• Coordinate with our celebrity ambassadors and communicate/create social media postings for them to share with their network

Expectations

The Digital Marketing Coordinator will meet with the Communications team monthly to discuss the marketing strategy and promotions for the following month. They will meet with the Director of Communications on a weekly basis to discuss tasks completed the prior week and priority of projects for the upcoming week. The Digital Marketing Coordinator will report results of all digital marketing efforts on a weekly/monthly basis.
