The Asylum-Seeker Co-Sponsorship program allows volunteers
to become "first friends" and cultural navigators to newly arrived asylum-seekers.
Co-sponsors help empower asylum-seekers to achieve greater
stability and well-being in their new communities, to comply
with the requirements of their legal case, and to have access to
resources available to them.
