Company Description

Liberty Medical Center of Texas (LMC) is a non-profit, opening facilities that provide mental health services to the local community of veterans and their families.

We operate in an Agile environment.

Job Summary

• Reviewing applicants' resume/curriculum vitae
• Communicating efficiently with volunteers and employees ensuring the needs of both are met in a timely and effective manner
• Performing background checks on potential volunteers and employees, as well as checking upon given references, transcripts, and credentials
• Negotiating salary, problem-solving, and counseling, therein establishing a rapport with the job candidate

Building Relationships and Networks - connecting across the organization to develop a deep understanding of different needs to help define and answer critical business questions.

Team Initiatives - support various internal team efforts including technology adoption, learning and development, and social events.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum one years of recruiting experience. (preferred, but not required)
