Are you detail oriented? Do you enjoy keeping things organized? Is helping others a passion of yours? Do you have a few hours a week to give? Gentiva Hospice is seeking passionate volunteers (ages 16+) to help assist in our administrative office in Hattiesburg, MS. You have the option to assist with the following:
- Answering office phone calls
- Conducting check-in phone calls to our patients and their families
- Sorting medical supplies for our hospice patients
- Assisting our medical records clerk with updating patient files
- Writing hand-written notes to our patients and their caregivers
- Assisting our chaplains with sending support resources to our bereaved families
- Keeping office and volunteer supplies organized
***Vaccination for COVID-19 is NOT required to volunteer with Gentiva Hospice!***
