Are you detail oriented? Do you enjoy keeping things organized? Is helping others a passion of yours? Do you have a few hours a week to give? Gentiva Hospice is seeking passionate volunteers (ages 16+) to help assist in our administrative office in Hattiesburg, MS. You have the option to assist with the following:

  • Answering office phone calls
  • Conducting check-in phone calls to our patients and their families
  • Sorting medical supplies for our hospice patients
  • Assisting our medical records clerk with updating patient files
  • Writing hand-written notes to our patients and their caregivers
  • Assisting our chaplains with sending support resources to our bereaved families
  • Keeping office and volunteer supplies organized
