We have volunteers specifically for outreach and fundraising. The job description, hiring process, and volunteer package with all content have already been composed. I am seeking a Volunteer Manager to take over (and potentially improve) the process for:
- recruiting and hiring
- onboarding and training
- follow-up meetings (weekly then monthly)
- engagement (i.e. rewards for milestones and achievements, volunteer appreciation events)
- movement of volunteers to higher positions after 3 months
- data collection and organization

This will require about 2-5 hours of unpaid volunteer work each week for a minimum of 6 months.

Volunteers make up a major vein of a nonprofit organization. As a new nonprofit, we want to make sure that we are bringing the right volunteers onto our team and that we are empowering them to be successful. A Volunteer Manager will help find, onboard, and engage our volunteers.

This will become a paid position once we receive funding for it.
