Bridge Hospice is looking for talented musicians to provide relaxing and calming music to our dementia patients in various skilled nursing & assisted living facilities.

If you would like to share your musical gifts and time with our hospice patients, please contact the Coordinator, Volunteer Services, Ann Leale @ Aleale@bridgehc.com

We serve patients and families in Stanislaus and San Joaquin counties.

Description

Bridge Hospice provides comfort and support compassionately to patients and their families when a life limiting illness no longer responds to cure-oriented treatment. Our interdisciplinary approach is designed to manage all symptoms related to end stage illnesses, including pain, wound and respiratory management, while attending to the patient's physical, psychosocial and spiritual needs as well. We currently serve hospice patients throughout Alameda, San Mateo, Santa Clara and Stanislaus Counties. Our offices are located in Fremont and Modesto, California.
