Massage Therapy Volunteers for Hospice Patients

Bridge Hospice is looking for volunteers to provide calming and relaxing massages for our patients. If you are interested in helping patients with a loving touch, please contact the Coordinator, Volunteer Services, Ann Leale @ Aleale@bridgehc.com

Requires proof of education and license as a Massage Therapist.

We serve patients and families in Stanislaus and San Joaquin counties.

Description

Bridge Hospice provides comfort and support compassionately to patients and their families when a life limiting illness no longer responds to cure-oriented treatment. Our interdisciplinary approach is designed to manage all symptoms related to end stage illnesses, including pain, wound and respiratory management, while attending to the patient's physical, psychosocial and spiritual needs as well. We currently serve hospice patients throughout Alameda, San Mateo, Santa Clara and Stanislaus Counties. Our offices are located in Fremont and Modesto, California.
