Veterans Honoring Veterans at the End of Life

One in four hospice patients in our country is a Veteran who served in various wars: WWII, Korean Conflict, Vietnam War, Gulf War, Iraqi Freedom. Some have served our military during peacetime.

As a Veteran, you can honor our hospice Veterans by sharing your stories and by providing a special tribute with a pinning ceremony for their dedication and service to our armed forces.

If you'd like to be a part of honoring our military service men and women at the end of life, please contact the Coordinator, Volunteer Services, Ann Leale @ Aleale@bridgehc.com

We serve patients and families in Stanislaus and San Joaquin counties.

Consider joining our team of compassionate volunteers making a difference in the lives of our patients and families!
