A volunteer is needed to deliver meals in Kent on Wednesday mornings, when one of the weekly drivers will be away. Drivers typically arrive at the Center between 8:45 am and 9:30 am, load up the meals, and are done with their route in about 1.5 hours. Training is provided, and mileage is reimbursable while making deliveries. We are looking for someone that is available longer term.
Qualifications: Communication skills, flexibility, attention to detail, accuracy, people skills, good cheer, and a commitment to the well-being of homebound elders. This is an on-going volunteer commitment.
