Recruit and organize volunteers for the Work&Learn Inc Change-Your-Life℠ ministry.
This is a major volunteer position for a Bible-based ministry that is 100% volunteer based and growing.
Identify the skills and interests of volunteer prospects.
Assess their abilities.
Update a database of more than 1,000 contacts, currently in Access.
Match Mentors and Coaches with Participants based on personal needs, goals and skills.
Encourage many who would like to become a Mentor or Coach to attend the Change-Your-Life℠ course to be trained.
Match other Volunteers with key results identified in our dynamic plan.
Attend once a week 90-minute classes on Zoom to monitor the effectiveness of volunteers.
Find and recruit exceptional talent among responses to volunteer opportunity listings on VolunteerMatch.org.
Use the 158-page Know-How to Change-Your-Life course workbook as a resource.
Encourage many to use the ministry’s services.
