Save the Water(tm) is a U.S.-based nonprofit organization whose mission is to conduct water research to identify and remove harmful contaminants in water, and to raise public awareness about water contamination and its health impacts. STW(tm) also offers educational programs to excite young minds about water science.

The Role:

The Executive Assistant to the President is responsible for a wide array of administrative duties in support of the President and other senior management members as needed. The Executive Assistant is also required to maintain confidentiality and professionally interact with employees and management. Other duties shall be assigned as necessary.This position is ideal for someone with strong organizational, office management and interpersonal skills.

What you will be responsible for...

• Manage calendar scheduling and working with internal/external stakeholders to coordinate meetings across calendars and ensuring optimal use of President’s time
• Arrange agendas and preparing meeting related documents and support materials
• Prepare presentations and assist President in business development and growth opportunities
• Follow up on various tasks and plans of execution and report on progress to the various stakeholders
• Prepares a variety of highly confidential, specialized reports, board packages, presentations, briefing materials and other communications
• Compose and prepare correspondence tailored to a variety of internal & external audiences
• Support and manage a variety of special projects with high visibility and organizational impact for the President
• Exercise sound judgment and discretion skills, managing highly confidential and sensitive matters
• Strong ability to think independently and make decisions to direct and action appropriate next steps
• Prioritize daily, weekly, monthly schedule and agenda of activities in conjunction with the President and provide gatekeeper role for direct access to him
• Ability to interact positively with various levels within the entire organization
• May participate in or lead continuous improvement activities and lead special projects as required
• Provide advice and guidance on policy and operational matters to the President

• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast paced environment
