Our intent is to save lives, improve the quality of lives, and bring hope to people where the utilization of aviation is vital to the accomplishment of these humanitarian endeavors. From our St. Louis area headquarters, we operate a free Medical Air Transport program that serves the central United States. This service carries children with various maladies and birth defects, even those that are not ambulatory, to and from health care. It also carries adults who have debilitating health issues. If needed and possible, we may arrange for the medical care necessary at participating health care providers.
