The Habitat NYC ReStore, located in Woodside Queens, is seeking a Website Marketing Volunteer with a passion and interest in online sales and marketing. This volunteer will work and report to the Director of Habitat NYC's ReStore.
Volunteer responsibilities include:
- Listing of items on the ReStore new online store. And update weekly 3X.
- Researching of product labels and pricing
- Posting of top selling items from the Habitat NYC ReStore's new KPI’s for site.
- Tuesday, Thursday, Friday or Saturday
- 9am - 5pm
- 3-4 hours per day, 2-3 days per week (We are flexible regarding specific work days and hours)
- Understanding of Habitat NYC's ReStore and what our customers buy online by utilizing our Shop keep dashboard.
- Must be detailed oriented.
- Must have love for marketing and promoting of Habitat NYC's ReStore and our mission.
- Laptop will be available for volunteer while in store
- Volunteer will be compensated for train fare
- This is not a position the volunteer can complete work for from home.

Description
Habitat for Humanity New York City and Westchester County creates, preserves, and advocates for healthy, affordable homes and the generational equity-building opportunities that homeownership provides. With the support of thousands of volunteers each year, we’re building a more equitable New York-to address centuries of unjust, racist housing laws and financing mechanisms that prevented communities of color from entering the homeownership market and shaped the geography of the wealth, health, and education inequality we see today.
