We are looking for Crafty Volunteers! Do you have a special talent like sewing that you would like to share? We would love to work with you to provide special gifts to our hospice patients like lap blankets, pillowcases, walker bags and much more! You would need to have your own sewing machine, but we can provide fabric.
We would love to partner with an individual or even a group of people on this project. We hope this project continues to grow and can become a great staple here at our hospice office to support our patients. What a better way to spread some cheer, with homemade gifts, for people who really need it the most!

Gentiva Hospice - Our goals are to:

* Be available 24 hours a day/7 days a week;
* Honor patients and families wishes;
* Meet spiritual or religious needs;
* Meet physical, social, and care needs; and
* Make hospice experience honorable and meaningful to patients and families.
VOLUNTEER PROGRAM
We are always looking for new volunteers to join our team. Our dedicated team of volunteers provide caring support for both the hospice recipient and his or her loved ones. Volunteers are an important part of the hospice philosophy. You are there to hold a hand and listen, read or write a letter, run errands or even help out in our office. No matter what your skills, talents or motivation, we have the opportunity for you to help.
