Volunteer Translators Needed: Spanish, Russian, and Vietnamese
Emergency Food Network’s Home Delivery Program serves more than 300 households each week by delivering groceries to those that cannot get to a food pantry during this time. We need your help to improve our communication with recipients and ensure the highest level of service possible.
Volunteers would assist with one-time translation of an informational document, and if able, serve as an on-call translator for new recipients or when questions arise. For more information, contact SamC@efoodnet.org or (253) 584-1040.

The mission of Emergency Food Network is "to provide Pierce County with a consistent, diverse and nutritious food supply so that no person goes hungry."
Currently 1 in 7 people in Pierce County faces food insecurity, and the need is always growing. Through our 76 partner programs and our eight acre Organic farm in Puyallup, EFN distributed nearly 20 million dollars worth of food 2018 alone. 14,500 hours of time given by our volunteers made this work possible. Volunteer opportunities include the Repack Project, Break Bags, weeding at EFN's Mother Earth Farm, and more. We hope you will join us!
We'll work with your schedule.
