We are seeking a Volunteer Coordinator who is highly organized and who has excellent people and communication skills. You will track the tasks, volunteers and progress and "meet" with our team weekly for updates. We have lots of people and patients with wonderful hearts, we need leaders to keep them focused and excited!
Seeking someone age 21+ who can commit 10 hours monthly for at least the next 12 months to this ongoing project.

Our mission is to send 100,000 cards of love + cheer to isolated illness warriors around the globe, thus providing hope and encouragement to positively affect their mental and emotional well-being as they navigate their health odyssey .
Description
Snail mail is our jam! We facilitate the sending of cards full of hope and encouragement to patients (we call them warriors;) across the USA and around the globe! We do this primarily via our cards2warriors program and the Warrior Card Swap.
Additionally, we provide virtual volunteer opportunities for employee teams, high school students across Florida, illness warriors who are seeking purpose, and kids/teens/adults who loves to color and make cards! :)
