Silver Key Senior Services has been serving seniors in the Pikes Peak region for over 50 years. Our VETS program matches companions, 55 years of age or older, with senior veterans and veteran spouses in our community. The companionship visits can be shaped into what you and your client enjoy most...camaraderie, drives in the mountains, sharing a meal, sitting on the porch. We would love to have you join our VETS program!
The VETS program is a 'Choose Home Initiative", sponsored by the VA and AmeriCorps Senior to "provide no cost companionship and support to senior Veterans in need of extra assistance so they remain living independently, in their own home and community for as long as possible."
Contact us now for more information about how you can begin your companionship visits with Veterans!
