We are looking for someone to maintain a website that will contain information for a community wide Earthquake and Wildfire Safety event. The site will be accessed by members of the public seeking information about the event.
Also looking for someone to establish and maintain a presence on a variety of other platforms such as Facebook, Linkedin, Volunteer Recruiting sites, our YouTube channel, etc. to promote the event.
Any volunteer wishing to do so will receive free CERT training (and free access to any advanced training) as well as free CERT gear and will be certified by CERT as a California Disaster Assistance Worker. Work with first responders and other community volunteers to make our community safer and more resilient. If you aren’t in California, at least you will know you helped a worthwhile cause supported by all the local area emergency relief organizations.
