We are currently seeking a Program Manager. This is a part-time (10-19 hours per week), volunteer position. The responsibilities will include working with the Operations Director/Vice President and other Executive Leadership to oversee currently operating programs. This will require communicating with program-specific volunteers, including mentors/mentees, program participants, and outside agencies.
This is a VOLUNTEER role, which is a non-salaried position.
Duties (including but not limited to):
Maintain an adequate understanding of Gii’s current and future program offerings.
Under the supervision of the Operations Director, the Program Manager will oversee the organization’s programs.
Identify problem areas within programs and recommend potential remedies.
Communicate with program participants and other volunteers.
Maintain analytics, including number of program participants, enrollment, and other variables determined by leadership.
Other responsibilities may be assigned, as necessary.
Job Skills Requirements:
Bachelors preferred
Two years of experience in the nonprofit sector (volunteer experience may qualify)
