SKILL REQUIREMENTS
* 2+ years industry experience required * Minimum of 10 weekly volunteer hours (work from home) * Must have and know how to use AutoCAD DESIGN INTENT
Must meet the requirements of the International Building Code
Must include water collection off all roadways and patios inside the village
Must be sufficient to handle a 1000-year rain event
Must be durable and beautiful
Must be sustainable (naturescaped/zeroscaped)
Should use chip seal or decomposed granite for roads
Should use decomposed granite for walkways
WHAT IT SHOULD LOOK LIKE WHEN DONE
Complete AutoCAD plans for the irrigation and water catchment
Complete landscaping plan
Complete cost analysis
Report in tutorial format explaining the complete design and thought process
