Purpose: LifeSpring provides a transitional housing program for former-foster youth.

Worksite: North County Lifeline, Vista Campus

Key Responsibilities:

  • General office duties including filing, copying, shredding, and organizing files

  • Creating client files for staff

  • Assisting with auditing client files for compliance purposes

  • Additional responsibilities as assigned by supervisor


Desired Attributes:

  • Experience with general office duties is preferred, but not required

  • Ability to navigate through a database

  • Must be detail-oriented and possess strong organizational skills

  • Great customer service

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Friendly, patient, helpful demeanor
