Volunteer instructors lead wellness classes. WCRC's wellness classes focus on body movement (must be certified), mindfulness, cooking & nutrition, creative expression, e.g., art-making, music, writing, crafts, etc.
We can coordinate with you to develop a class if you have the passion, time and interest!
Bi/multi-lingual applicants are strongly encouraged to apply.
