Volunteers help family members take a break to rejuvenate, go shopping, or keep appointments.

Due to COVID -19 our volunteers have options to that do not involve patient contact. Creativity can play key role in helping volunteers to remain engaged in meeting patients’ needs while ensuring that social distancing measures are followed. Volunteers might establish pen pal relationships, outside window visits with patients and families or drop off personalized care packages and meaningful gifts.
