This position is located within the office of the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Volunteer works with the Chief Strategist Officer to identify goals and objectives for the development of the CEO’s Annual Plan. Incumbent utilizes various methods of communication, effectively research, analyze, and negotiate, with established and unestablished networks to advance the vision and mission of HRAP. Ideal candidate has demonstrated experience and training to: navigate proposals, grants, procurements and contracts, establish and organize grassroots campaigns, work with agency officials formally and informally, to promote HRAP, craft propaganda from talking points to correspondence to op-ed, skilled in negotiation, fundraising, business planning, operations, and drafting regulations.

Description

The Operations Division supports the growth, development and functions of the organization, ensuring that policies, information technology, budget and fundraising efforts sufficiently support the participants and staff.
The Community Engagement and Mentorship Division manages and implements community relations initiatives in order to increase program awareness.
The Client Engagement Division establishes community connections for educational, internship and permanent employment opportunities in order to assist community members.
The Professional Development Division fosters lifestyle success using established community partnerships and internal accessory tools to provide participants with an equitable leverage.
