Description

The Operations Division supports the growth, development and functions of the organization, ensuring that policies, information technology, budget and fundraising efforts sufficiently support the participants and staff.
The Community Engagement and Mentorship Division manages and implements community relations initiatives in order to increase program awareness.
The Client Engagement Division establishes community connections for educational, internship and permanent employment opportunities in order to assist community members.
The Professional Development Division fosters lifestyle success using established community partnerships and internal accessory tools to provide participants with an equitable leverage.
